Community Reinvestment Area:
The City of Shelby expanded its CRA zone to include the entire city limits in June 2008. Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ 181):
Foreign Trade Zone 181 was recently expanded to include all of Richland County. Mansfield currently has active foreign trade zone activity. With the expansion of FTZ 181 to include all of Richland County, opportunities exist in Shelby for foreign trade zone applications.
State of Ohio Incentives:
Various incentives are available through the State of Ohio to assist business.
