A Shelby native, Carol joined the Shelby Chamber as President in March 2001.  After completing an intensive one-year training course, she received her national certification as an Economic Development Finance Professional in January 2004.
The Shelby Chamber of Commerce serves the City of Shelby in its economic development efforts.
